As part of the Stenaline Companies That Care programme, the Belfast Giants welcomed families from the Ulster Cancer Foundation along to watch practice and meet the team, as part of their pre-Christmas day out.
Starting early in the morning, the families came along and watched the Giants practice in the Odyssey and then came into the changing room to meet all the players. The children and parents came back later in the day, courtesy of Stenaline to watch the Giants beat the Dundee Stars!
The players really enjoyed meeting the kids and really appreciated the ‘butterfly’ thank-you notes they left behind. From all the Belfast Giants, take care & have the great Christmas you deserve.’
