Please note: Season ticket holders must sit in their allocated seat(s). The home fan area, known to Giants fans as 'Boomerang Corner', will be fully ticketed from the beginning of the 2023/24 season. If you would like to sit in this area - the middle and upper sections of West Tier 7 - you must purchase your seat in this block. General admission may be permitted on certain games but is not guaranteed. To guarantee your seat in Boomerang Corner, you must purchase a seat in this section.
Existing season ticket holders that wish to move their seats to this area will be given first refusal to book in this area. The club will provide an opportunity for season ticket holders to exchange their seats at the end of the renewal period, before season tickets go on sale to the general public.
Season tickets will not show in your account until a few weeks before the start of the season.

Concession tickets apply to disabled, students, persons that are unwaged, or over 65. Proof of eligibility is required (if applicable).

What’s Included?
- Your seat(s) is secured for the whole season, covering all Belfast Giants home games in the Viaplay Elite Ice Hockey League at The SSE Arena, Belfast.
- Challenge Cup home games up to at least the group stages will also be covered by your season ticket.
- You’ll also get first choice on buying your seat for any additional fixtures, e.g., Pre-season games, Challenge Cup Quarter and Semi-Finals, and any other home events not covered by your season ticket.

Entry
- Season tickets are transferrable as long as they are used by someone in the same category, otherwise entry will be refused.
- Concession tickets apply to students, persons that are unwaged, over 65, or disabled - Proof of eligibility is required (if required).
- Fans are expected to adhere to the terms and conditions for entry, as set by The SSE Arena, Belfast.
- The Arena reserves the right to amend entry requirements based on public health, or government guidance.
- You and your belongings may be searched upon entry to the venue and during the event. Full details of The SSE Arena, Belfast terms and conditions can be found here.
- The club reserves the right to deny any season ticket holder entry to The SSE Arena, Belfast for behaviour likely to cause damage, injury and nuisance.
- The club reserves the right to revoke a season ticket at any time.
- All Belfast Giants fans are expected to subscribe to the club’s ethos that ‘in the land of the Giants, everyone is equal.’ Discrimination or abuse of staff, players, officials and fans in any form will not be tolerated.

When will I receive my 2022/23 digital Season Ticket?
- Please note season tickets will not show in your account until a few weeks before the start of the season.

Payments
- A £10 admin fee will be automatically incurred for any failed payments.
- It is the responsibility of each season ticket holder to ensure that payments are kept updated.
- Failure to complete payments will result in the cancellation of the season ticket(s) and the seat(s) will be released for general sale.
- No refunds or exchanges will be permitted after purchase (from first renewal) except during the nominated exchange period.

Value
- During the course of the season, promotions will be offered, which may or may not alter the relative value of the season ticket(s).

Seating
- You must sit in your allocated seat(s).
- If you would like to sit in the home fan block (known as Boomerang Corner) at West Tier 7 (Door 15/16) you must purchase your seat(s) in this block.
- The venue may remove any section of seating from use at any time, for any reason, without penalty.

Booking
- Please note the club are unable to transfer/reallocate season ticket seats once they have been confirmed and accepted.

F&B
- Food and beverages must be obtained from The SSE Arena, Belfast. In line with the Arena’s standard terms and conditions, customers are not permitted to bring in their own food or drinks.
