Important Winter Skate Information
Unfortunately, due to unforeseen technical issues, planned Winter Skate sessions due to take place on Friday 22 December at 10pm, Saturday 23 December at 12pm, 2:30pm, 5pm, and 7:30pm and Wednesday 27 December at 9.30am, 12pm, 2.30pm, and 5pm have been cancelled.
Tickets payments will be automatically refunded to the card that was used to make the booking purchase.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding.
FAQs
Can I move my booking to another session?
No, you will receive a refund for your cancelled booking. If you wish to attend another Winter Skate session, you can do so by purchasing tickets here.
I haven't received my refund, what's the next step?
Please allow 5-7 working days for your refund to be processed. All refund enquiries are facilitated through Ticketmaster IE. They can be reached here.
