Hearing Impairment Fan Survey
At the Belfast Giants, we are always looking for ways to deliver the best experience every time for all fans who come through our doors.
As part of this ongoing commitment, we are inviting supporters with hearing impairments to take part in a short survey designed to help us better understand their experience on game nights at The SSE Arena, Belfast.
The purpose of this survey is to gather insight into what currently works well and to identify areas where improvements could potentially be made in the future. By listening directly to those with lived experience, we can gain a clearer picture of how fans engage with the arena environment, in-game entertainment, and key moments throughout the night.
Feedback provided through the survey will help to inform our ongoing discussions around accessibility and inclusion as we continue to review how we deliver events and communicate with our supporters. While completing the survey does not guarantee changes will be implemented, every response will contribute to our broader understanding of fan needs and expectations.
