Harry Corry grew from Belfast in the 1960s to expand to over 54 retail outlets across the island of Ireland and Scotland, establishing itself as a leader in the industry. Over the past decade, they have expanded their storefront online at www.harrycorry.com and now employ over 700 staff across their business.
Much like the Belfast Giants, the team at Harry Corry are community focused. The home-based retailer prides itself on promoting a positive working environment for employees and, on a greater scale, minimising the adverse effects of the industry.
Alongside sponsoring the team, Harry Corry is the official player sponsor for two returning players - Ben Lake and Ciaran Long, as well as two new Canadian imports, Colby McAuley and David Gilbert.
Mark Corry, marketing manager, Harry Corry Interiors commented on the renewed partnership: “We’re proud to partner with the Belfast Giants for another season and play our part in supporting the team. We know how much the Giants mean to people in Belfast and beyond.
“As a family-run business from Belfast, Harry Corry is proud to align itself with the Belfast Giants as we know they provide a welcoming space for everyone within our local community. We are excited to be part of what we’re sure will be yet another successful season.”
Steve Thornton, head of commercial for the Belfast Giants, said: “Having Harry Corry return for the sixth year is incredible for us. Relationships like this one are beyond business; it’s about partnering with people who are just as passionate about our community and sport as we are. We would like to thank Mark and the entire Corry family for their continued support this season.”
