Giant Oktoberfest Game Night Returns
Round up the gang, dig out your lederhosen and head to The SSE Arena, Belfast on Saturday 5 October as the Belfast Giants bring a taste of Oktoberfest to the ice on game night!
Following the GIANT success of last year's Oktoberfest celebrations, you won't want to miss out on the return of this themed game night, jam-packed with Oktoberfest-ivities. Your Stena Line Belfast Giants will take to the ice on the night against the Cardiff Devils in an Elite League clash on Saturday, 5 October.
The home of the Giants will be adorned with traditional Oktoberfest decorations and jam-packed with fun game night activities. Enjoy a cold, double-cup pint of beer from OFF ICE whilst perched at the trestle tables in OFF SIDE before and after the game. Here's what else you can expect on the night:
Post-Game Player Mingle
Your Stena Line Belfast Giants will be in OFF ICE after the game to relax and enjoy the Oktoberfest-themed fun for themselves. Stop by after to say hello to your favourite men in teal and meet the newest members of the 2024/25 roster. Please note that this is not a signing opportunity.
Delicious Food and Drink
No Oktoberfest celebration is complete without delicious traditional cuisine and, of course, beer! At our Oktoberfest game night, you can indulge in German bratwurst washed down with an ice-cold GIANT beer. There are plenty of sweet treats and snacks available around the Arena, meaning there is something for everyone to tuck into.
WIN with the Giants
Whilst you may be dusting off your lederhosen, the Giants will also don limited edition jerseys specially designed and themed for the Oktoberfest game night. By entering the Shirt Off the Back raffle, you will have the chance to WIN in the full team Shirt Off The Back raffle on the night.
PLUS, the 50:50 and Chuck-A-Puck giveaways during intermissions give you more opportunities to bring home GIANT prizes. Get loud to win prizes around the bowl during breaks in play, and don't forget to keep an eye out for flying subways from the Subway cannon!
