Belfast Giants 
Energetic forward Darryl Lloyd put the children at Fairview Primary School through a series of exercises as part of the Giants Healthy Lifestyle Programme in association with Subway.
Lloyd spoke to the children, explaining the importance of eating the correct foods, what to avoid and how exercise is essential if you are to live a healthy life.
After answering some tough questions, Darryl signed autographs and handed out Giants merchandise, as well as tickets to an upcoming home game at the Odyssey Arena.
