StMatthew’s Primary School Join The Reading Programme

Belfast Giants players James Hutchinson and Jeff Mason joined the excited P3 and P2 pupils at St. Matthew’s Primary today  as part of the Tesco sponsored Giants Reading Programme.  Enjoying stories about Finn Junior and his friends Molly and Connor, the classes spent their time learning lessons about healthy eating and making different types of friends.  Jeff and James helped out making the puppets and explained that being part of this seasons reading programme, meant that they all got an opportunity to come a Giants home game this season, courtesy of Tesco.  ’The classes listened really well, got all the answers to the questions right designed some very colourful puppets, it was a great day, well done to all!’ said Giants player Giants Hutchinson.
