A Giant Welcome From Hazelwood Integrated Primary!

Giants players Jon Pelle and Adam Keefe teamed up with Lynn the Community Champion from Tesco, to meet with the entire P3 group from Hazelwood Integrated PS to read the Giants book ‘Lollipops for Breakfast?’.  Jon explains “we gathered in the big hall after lunch and all of the children listened to the story very well, then we talked about the importance of eating breakfast and our favourite thing to have for breakfast, most of the class agreed with me, it has got to be pancakes!”

In each of the 40 sessions in schools across N.I involved in the reading programme everyone gets involved, “We help the children in all sorts of ways, giving out materials, helping them stick things on and I always end up helping cut out” explains Adam Keefe “and courtesy of Tesco, they all get to come to see us play at the Odyssey Arena.”
